Your Reiki Session
Reiki sessions are ideally held in a quiet and comfortable setting, whether in a private studio in The Reiki Center or in your own home. While lying fully-clothed on a padded massage table, the client’s experience is enhanced by soft music, candles and low lighting.

With light touch, usually no more than the weight of a nickel, the practitioner will gently place her hands on multiple locations on the client’s body. Many of the selected hand locations correspond to centers of energy known as chakras. Often the practitioner’s hands are a few inches above the client, assessing the energy field surrounding the body. It’s not uncommon for warmth, tingling, and/or movement to be experienced during a session as the client draws what is needed.

An immediate positive response by clients is almost always expressed. A decrease or elimination of pain is common. Individuals who were previously feeling anxious or stressed often report a high level of relaxation and sense of well-being. In fact, many clients fall asleep during a treatment! While many benefits are immediately evident, the positive shifts in your rebalanced body may be experienced for days or even weeks afterwards.

Cost: Session cost is $60 per hour for a studio appointment.
