Have you ever felt stuck making a decision or perhaps unsure why you respond a certain way to people or events in your life? Memories and answers are often accessible when the mind is in a state of deep relaxation. A Guided Release session will combine Reiki energy with visualization and guided imagery to help bring answers from the subconscious into awareness and understanding.

Guided Release is especially effective in identifying patterns of behavior, gaining insight into current and past life experiences, and accessing the body’s own wisdom to resolve emotional concerns. This technique is most successful when clients engage in active visualization and dialogue.
