Our bodies hold our stories.  When our experiences contain trauma, sadness or physical challenges, discomfort and immobility can be reflected in our physical being.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) helps to release the emotions and physical tension within the body.  Through gentle touch, about the weight of a nickel, your practitioner will identify and release restrictions in the central nervous system, as well as the organs, fascia, and muscles.   Most of the light touch will be focused on your head, neck, shoulders, and spinal cord, but the impact of any restrictions may be reflected in any part of the body.

CranioSacral Therapy sessions are conducted in private and calm settings.  Clients remain fully clothed, however shoes may be removed for client comfort.  Sessions are customized to client needs and may consist of a whole-body or regionally focused application.

During an CST session, some clients experience a deep state of relaxation and drift to sleep, while others may talk a great deal or take some time to settle in. Experiences are individual and differ from treatment to treatment.
