Learn how to identify the intuitive connection that Reiki can offer to help your client discover the source for sadness, worthiness and low self-esteem. Through Guided Release, the practitioner will gently move clients' consciousness from thinking to feeling to release. Of primary importance is the fact that it is the client who identifies the answers and the path towards resolution, not the practitioner.
This is the procedure developed by Linda Haley in 2004 which focuses on deep relaxation and the client's visualization of blockages and answers. The technique is dependent upon the client's ability to engage in guided imagery to identify emotional protections and release deep memories and beliefs.
Coursework includes a 42-page guidebook and listening to 10 audio recordings of client sessions, which must be completed prior to class.

Join Sarah Waller for a Somatic Release Breathwork™ Workshop. Somatic Release Breathwork helps to connect to the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights that are otherwise hard to access. The breathwork practice utilizes a circular breathing pattern, rhythmic music, and light touch to help open blocked energy centers within the body. The breathwork helps to facilitate a cathartic release that helps to expel stress and anxiety, suppressed emotions, negative belief systems, old patterns, and addictions that may be holding us back. These stressors are stored within the tissues of our bodies and when released, it helps to free up space within the body. This helps to promote relaxation and clarity and helps to bring about a greater sense of joy and presence. Many people report feelings of euphoria and out-of-body experiences during the session, followed by elevated states of gratitude and bliss upon completion.
Please bring water, and a journal, and refrain from eating a large meal or drinking caffeine two hours prior to the session. Please note, this breathwork practice is not intended for those who are pregnant or have major medical conditions.

Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Do you need help navigating the grief journey in a supportive and non-judgmental environment? Then look no further.
I am Amanda, your guide and mentor. I lost my husband seven years ago. Since then, I have focused on spirituality and helping others on their grief journeys. I am here to listen, educate, and support you. The grief journey is a lonely one, but it doesn't have to be.
This is a support group hosted on Zoom. We only ask that you attend. You don't have to appear on camera or speak if you aren't comfortable doing so. We hope that by listening to others who are grieving, you will feel a sense of comfort and community.

Color Your Realm: Tell a Tale — A Magical Art & Storytelling Workshop for Kids & Their Grown-ups

This workshop for kids and their grownups is a hands-on creative experience designed for young artists and the grownups who love them. Children choose 1–3 fantastical creatures from the Color Your Realm coloring book and bring them to life with color, personality, and magic. With adult participation encouraged, this is a cozy, collaborative experience where creativity flows freely. Once the artwork is complete, we gather in a joyful story circle.
Each child introduces their creature, and together we build a shared tale — full of adventure, mystery, and laughter. After the workshop, the magic continues. All artwork and the group story are transformed into a professionally formatted printed book. Each family receives a copy by mail or local pickup — a keepsake they can treasure forever.

Join Sarah Waller for a Somatic Release Breathwork™ Workshop. Somatic Release Breathwork helps to connect to the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights that are otherwise hard to access. The breathwork practice utilizes a circular breathing pattern, rhythmic music, and light touch to help open blocked energy centers within the body. The breathwork helps to facilitate a cathartic release that helps to expel stress and anxiety, suppressed emotions, negative belief systems, old patterns, and addictions that may be holding us back. These stressors are stored within the tissues of our bodies and when released, it helps to free up space within the body. This helps to promote relaxation and clarity and helps to bring about a greater sense of joy and presence. Many people report feelings of euphoria and out-of-body experiences during the session, followed by elevated states of gratitude and bliss upon completion.
Please bring water, and a journal, and refrain from eating a large meal or drinking caffeine two hours prior to the session. Please note, this breathwork practice is not intended for those who are pregnant or have major medical conditions.

Color Your Realm: Tell a Tale — A Magical Art & Storytelling Workshop for Kids & Their Grown-ups

Children choose 1–3 fantastical creatures from the Color Your Realm coloring book and bring them to life with color, personality, and magic. With adult participation encouraged, this is a cozy, collaborative experience where creativity flows freely. Once the artwork is complete, we gather in a joyful story circle.
Each child introduces their creature, and together we build a shared tale — full of adventure, mystery, and laughter. After the workshop, the magic continues. All artwork and the group story are transformed into a professionally formatted printed book. Each family receives a copy by mail or local pickup — a keepsake they can treasure forever.
