Class Policies

• Clients can register for a class up to 1 year in advance

• Clients registering online must enroll at least 1 day before the class begins

• Clients registering online can book themselves and up to 5 additional guests

• A class can have up to 5 clients on the wait list

• Clients can cancel their class enrollment online up to 2 days before the class begins

• Cancellations with insufficient notice may result in the loss of your registration fee

If you are unable to participate in the class, please contact the office at least two days prior to class to allow another student to participate. With adequate notice, your registration fee will transfer to another scheduled class.

Most of The Reiki Center classes are traditionally 4 – 6 students, providing an opportunity for individualized instruction yet large enough to receive the benefit of sharing experiences with others. Should scheduled attendance not meet a minimum of 2 students at registration deadline, The Reiki Center reserves the right to cancel the class and offer another class date to students. 

All classes must be paid for in full at the time of registration.
