Sound Bath Healing Session

The Reiki Center prides itself on coming to the forefront of alternative wellness therapies to improve overall health and wellness, thus we have added crystal singing bowl Sound Bath Healing Sessions to our offerings. Sound healing has the ability to work on the mind, the body, and the spirit. Many cultures have used the power of sound as a means for healing and transformation. The art of sound healing is ancient and sacred and has been used in many cultures since the beginning of time. Sound is a vibration that we perceive not only with our ears but also within every cell of our body. Sound creates a harmonious sense of calm centeredness that resonates throughout our body, mind, and spirit. Sound healing helps to reduce stress, expand awareness, promote healing, and can provide an opening for creative ideas to come forth.

Crystal singing bowls are used for this session. Every chakra has a different frequency and sound associated with it. Each singing bowl gets tuned to a specific chakra frequency and can help to restore balance within the chakra system. Allow the vibrations from the crystal singing bowls to harmonize with the chakras and release stagnant energy.
