Access Bars
Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990's. The Bars® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.

Access Consciousness® Body Process
Access Consciousness® has discovered over 50 body processes: different energies that can facilitate a body to change and transform. These processes assist in renewing and reactivating your own capacities for healing and facilitate the body back into its original functions, which assist with the repairing and longevity of the body. The energies are the natural energies that bodies are and have access to from everywhere in the universe.
Part of the invitation of the Access Consciousness body processes is letting go of any expectations, projections and results and open to receiving something different. If you have a judgment that something in your body will never change, can it ever change? The Access body processes are an invitation to a whole new reality for you, your body, the earth and other bodies.
Each session invites in different possibilities. What is showing up in your body that now is the time to change? What else is possible with your body that you have never considered before?
