Restorative Yoga and Reiki

Restore your body, mind, and spirit with the combined power of Restorative Yoga and Reiki. This complete healing experience is designed to realign your chakras through relaxing yoga postures, meditation, aromatherapy, and hands-on Reiki.

Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs, where you will be gently guided into yoga postures designed to release physical tension. While you are in these supported yoga postures, you will be receiving the balancing energy of Reiki. Complete your session with a long savasana (relaxation) including guided meditation and hands-on Reiki. Yoga experience is not required.  

Cost: 60-minute session: $95
          90-minute session: $122
          Package of three 60-minutes sessions: $275
