With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, most of which were spent in healthcare leadership, Katie Gallenstein has seen firsthand the effects of chronic stress, burnout, and imbalance. Her own journey through burnout recovery, holistic healing, and personal transformation led her to explore alternative healing modalities that address well-being on a deeper level.

Katie is a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse (HNB-BC), Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Trained Yoga Nidra Facilitator, and Certified Soma+IQ™Breathwork Practitioner. Her approach blends science-backed holistic practices with energy healing and nervous system regulation techniques to support profound relaxation, emotional release, and self-discovery.
