SHARES
Reiki practitioners of all levels of training,
as well as all lineages, often enjoy the opportunity to participate in communal
Reiki sessions known as “Shares.” The
sessions give each person a chance to learn from one another as practitioners,
as well as benefiting from multiple healing hands during the sessions. Reiki
Shares are offered on selected Sundays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM NOW OPEN TO
ALL
ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS
The Reiki Center announces the next class for Level II Practitioners
seeking further education in practicing Reiki in a formal setting.
Students of all lineages and schools can participate, however
students should have knowledge consistent with most Reiki II
educational programs. For example: understand and able to draw
the primary Reiki symbols; basic knowledge of the Chakra System;
and the Reiki Principles. The classes are predominately discussion-based
and will require pre-class completion of assignments. Topics
included, but not inclusive, are: in-depth discussion of How
to Talk to Clients about Reiki; the Chakra System; and Practitioner
and Room Preparation for a Reiki Treatment. The Internship Program
is facilitated by Center staff member Susan Baas, a certified
Reiki Master. Classes will be held on six consecutive Tuesdays
beginning March 23, 2010 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
NOTE: After completion of the class portion the student
will participate in a Practical where they will demonstrate their
knowledge of the covered curriculum. After completion, a student
may request to assist with client sessions, serve as a volunteer
practitioner at wellness fairs, and/or participate in Open Houses
sponsored by The Reiki Center.

To be considered, an intern must
- Demonstrate exceptional skills
in The Reiki Center’s
advanced class.
- Provide documentation of equivalent training
by another qualified instructor.
- Agree to keep client information
is confidential, act in accordance with the professional
practices developed by The Reiki Center,
and represent The Reiki
Center in a professional manner at all times.
